Is everything custom to me?
Every training program is 100% personalised towards your individual needs, fitness goals, and dietary preferences. We take an evidence-based approach when designing your transformation program, with a sustainable approach in mind. Upon our qualification process, we can determine the best path and which protocols to utilise for an optimal transformation journey.
Do you guys do a meal plan or macros?
We take a flexible dieting approach where we teach you “how to fish”, rather than give you a fish. This creates long-term sustainable results for any fitness goal (fat-loss, muscle-growth) while providing you with the tools & systems to become a self sufficient leader on your health journey. You’ll learn how to properly fuel your body in a balanced way, without sacrificing your busy life.
Do I need to be on all the calls and live trainings?
We understand not everyone can attend our coaching sessions and live training due to a busy schedule or conflicting timing. That is why coaching replays are available and resources will be accessible in our private VIP community group. These are great opportunities to learn from us and connect with other members.
What results can I expect?
We will always be 100% realistic with you and lay out a personalised game plan to achieve your goals. Some goals may require more time than others, but we guarantee our process works for each individual who qualifies to join. Do you work with individuals outside of Australia?
Absolutely! We operate our coaching services globally and have a client base in Australia, America, Canada, and Japan (continuing to grow)! While we are based in Australia, the majority of our clients are from here and the USA. Our online coaching platform allows us to provide our services globally, ensuring you can access our programs & coaches from any part of the world.
Are the training programs suitable for beginners?
Yes, our training programs are designed to suit all individual fitness levels, including beginners! We understand that starting a new fitness journey can feel overwhelming (and confusing), which is why we focus on personalised programming for each individual. Upon joining, we review your current fitness level, goals, and preferences to design an optimal program that not only delivers results, but seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle. Most importantly, we ensure your transformation is an enjoyable experience and sustainable process. What equipment will I need for my online training program?
The equipment you’ll need for your online training program largely depends on your personalized plan and fitness goals. We design our programs to be flexible, accommodating those who have full gym access as well as those with limited or no equipment at home. We can tailor your workouts to utilize bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or any equipment you have available, ensuring you can achieve effective results no matter your situation.
Is online coaching more effective than in-person training?
In-person trainers can be great for pushing you through workouts, but they often fall short when it comes to teaching you how to train independently—because they rely on you booking more sessions.
